I had Kyrylo and Ruslan move us today. These guys were beyond pro. Our condo move was a bad situation. 22nd story, only... one elevator working, our condo cancelled our elevator booking. My wife and I hoofed most of our stuff to the loading dock at 3 am, will get fined for doing that. These guys offered to carry all the rest of the heavy stuff down 22 stories. Thankfully we creatively together slammed it all into the single elevator with other residents as best we could and didn’t need the stairs. On time, so efficient, willing to move anything, ONLY charged extra (pre-advised cost) for 2 items (an old heavy... fridge and treadmill). They worked until it was all done (later than I'm sure they wanted to be here, but to our surprise and delight, pushed on through for a second trip)!They were super pleasant and cheerful, fast workers, and have the highest scores in Tetrus. That truck was "packed to the nines." They had blankets, tape, pallet wrap, dollies, a jack, straps to tie down, straps to lift the heavy stuff, everything. We were impressed, regardless of knowing they do this for a living. This was our first time being able to put aside money for movers, and they were worth every penny. We used Paramount Moving for a huge Ab to BC move. Unfortunately, we had a five day delay getting keys to the new place... but Paramount was great and kept all of our belongings on the trucks at their warehouse until we were ready to unload. They don't move your belongings between trucks which was a huge factor in why we chose them. Once your belongings are loaded, they aren't disturbed until you unload at your destination. The moving crew was absolutely great and really did an extra job of wrapping furniture and fragile items. Everything arrived in great condition without so much as a scratch and I could not be happier. The moving guys were extremely helpful at both ends of the move and assisted with disassembly of large desks as well as helping place everything where we wanted it. This move was really stressful but the loading and unloading was not, thanks to some great guys.read more

We moved from Chilliwack to Calgary, and Paramount was the only company that was willing to provide us with a precise... delivery window, and they more than stuck to it! This company was amazing! We downsized and it was no easy task! 35° + , hottest day, arrived at 8am worked non-stop... until 12:30am....that's a 16 hour day when temperatures were insane. They took two 15 min breaks and 30 min for lunch, which they didn't charge for, they asked if it was okay to take breaks. I would've let them leave for an hour to go cool off! They worked so hard and never stopped, Three trips it took for them, and they assembled beds and took off doors, removed handles to get our BBQ out. I will 100% recommend these movers and I will use them again....hopefully not for a couple years though 😉THANK YOU!!.read more

We had a mover booked, but they had to cancel with virtually no notice. I called Paramount Moving after finding them... on the internet. Stefan was professional and understanding. If you are looking for movers in Calgary, please look nowhere else. Paramount movers are by far the best choice in the... city. Ross and Nick were fantastic movers and they were incredibly efficient and very very nice. These two movers moved our 1100 square-foot apartment from downtown Calgary out to the country in less than four hours. They had priced us at $926 for 5 1/2 hours of moving but they were able to finish it on much less time due to how efficient and productive they were, which ended up saving us money. I would highly highly recommend this company and especially Ross and Nick. They were fantastic and I cannot recommend them enough. Please pick these movers for your next big move you will not regret it! I highly highly recommend them.read more

My employer hired Paramount for our office move. For as hectic as moving a business' office can be, having these guys... help us made it so much more enjoyable and stress-free. We had them with us for two days, and on the third day we called them back and booked them for more help. All the gentlemen at Paramount took my requests in stride and did their very best to meet all of my demands. Paramount was responsive and was the only company to give me a solid quote with a breakdown of costs. The movers showed up right on time and handled all of our items with care, we didn’t have a single damaged item during the move! Book Paramount Moving immediately, you will not regret... the decision.We have moved many times and have had variable experience with moving companies from those that hold our belongings hostage for weeks to months, deliver damaged property and refuse to compensate or take responsibility for said damage. Not only was Paramount incredibly reliable with quotes and scheduling, but email communication was on par with their in-person professionalism. This is not a company that says all the right things to get your money and then just creates grief for you and unnecessary stress. It was the exact opposite with Paramount; they arrived when they said they were going to, took great care of our valuables and brought equipment to wrap and protect everything. They were extremely polite and FAST, like cheetah-chasing-a-gazelle fast. They loaded our house in Calgary with lightening speed, and then delivered it to Edmonton and unpacked it the same day, like holy cow! That was wildly beyond my expectations.We will never use another moving company in this lifetime, Paramount has made us customers for life and I whole heartedly recommend them.read more

If I could give 10 stars I would. We just moved into our new place today and cannot say enough amazing things about... this moving company. We moved into a very difficult unit - many stairs and very narrow stairwells - our couch even had to be brought in through the balcony but the guys were absolutely incredible. One thing we appreciated and noticed the most was how positive and cheerful they were, even when dealing with a very difficult move. They were also very professional, kind and easy to get along with. TL;DR - These guys are great!I'll still try to be brief. We recently moved from Calgary to Victoria, BC. I spent a lot of time researching and talking to various moving... companies. Right from the start, when I called Paramount, they answered the phone straight away. From then on it was amazing and professional service. Excellent communication, a competitive quote with no hidden charges, and when the guys showed up to do the move ( right on time by the way) they were courteous and efficient. Our experience with Paramount was a very positive one. The young men who moved us worked for 14 hours straight to get... us moved from Calgary to DeWinton, and were incredibly professional. The only complaint would be that due to how much longer than expected it took them, what we paid was way over the quote.But we couldn’t imagine doing this move without their help. They were able to schedule a short notice move, they confirmed the appointment and showed up exactly on time. The movers were very professional, courteous and careful. The guys unloaded the 26' U-haul truck quickly and carefully for us. They were very polite, responsible and friendly.... They managed to bring all big and heavy items in proper spots without damaging wall or door frames. And walking on the carpet in basement or second floor the guys removed there shoes. I contacted 3 different moving companies to get a quote for my move from Calgary to Edmonton. Paramount Moving... responded within an hour and provided me with an estimate. Their quote was the best. Not only they were affordable company to use but also highly professional. They managed to pack our 4-bedroom house in a 26' truck. They protected all our furniture with heavy-duty blankets. They used straps to secure our belongings during transportation. Dmytro and Nikita were quick and efficient with loading and unloading the truck. This company is the best moving company in Calgary.
