This company was amazing! We downsized and it was no easy task! 35° + , hottest day, arrived at 8am worked non-stop... until 12:30am....that's a 16 hour day when temperatures were insane. They took two 15 min breaks and 30 min for lunch, which they didn't charge for, they asked if it was okay to take breaks. I would've let them leave for an hour to go cool off! They worked so hard and never stopped, Three trips it took for them, and they assembled beds and took off doors, removed handles to get our BBQ out. I will 100% recommend these movers and I will use them again....hopefully not for a couple years though 😉THANK YOU!!.read more

We had a mover booked, but they had to cancel with virtually no notice. I called Paramount Moving after finding them... on the internet. Stefan was professional and understanding. He thought he might be able to help and said he would call back. He did about 40 minutes later with a truck and 2 men lined up for 11:00am. They arrived on time, were fast and extremely efficient. Ross and Nick were fantastic movers and they were incredibly efficient and very very nice. These two movers moved our 1100 square-foot apartment from downtown Calgary out to the country in less than four hours. They had priced us at $926 for 5 1/2 hours of moving but they were able to finish it on much less time due to how efficient and productive they were, which ended up saving us money. I would highly highly recommend this company and especially Ross and Nick. They were fantastic and I cannot recommend them enough. Book Paramount Moving immediately, you will not regret... the decision.We have moved many times and have had variable experience with moving companies from those that hold our belongings hostage for weeks to months, deliver damaged property and refuse to compensate or take responsibility for said damage. Not only was Paramount incredibly reliable with quotes and scheduling, but email communication was on par with their in-person professionalism. This is not a company that says all the right things to get your money and then just creates grief for you and unnecessary stress. It was the exact opposite with Paramount; they arrived when they said they were going to, took great care of our valuables and brought equipment to wrap and protect everything. They were extremely polite and FAST, like cheetah-chasing-a-gazelle fast. They loaded our house in Calgary with lightening speed, and then delivered it to Edmonton and unpacked it the same day, like holy cow! Our experience with Paramount was a very positive one. The young men who moved us worked for 14 hours straight to get... us moved from Calgary to DeWinton, and were incredibly professional. The only complaint would be that due to how much longer than expected it took them, what we paid was way over the quote.But we couldn’t imagine doing this move without their help. I highly recommend Paramount! Orest and Dmitriy moved our 2 bedroom apartment from the top of a 3-floor walk up and did... the most amazing job. I must have called 6 different office moving companies and Paramount was the only one that picked up the phone right... away. They were able to schedule a short notice move, they confirmed the appointment and showed up exactly on time. The movers were very professional, courteous and careful. Cant say enough good things about this company! Moving is stressful at the best of times but the movers Dimitri and Max... were absolutely amazing. Arrived on time took excellent care of my belongings. They took the time to ask me how and were i wanted my things unloaded and was just great guys all around. The guys unloaded the 26' U-haul truck quickly and carefully for us. They were very polite, responsible and friendly.... They managed to bring all big and heavy items in proper spots without damaging wall or door frames. And walking on the carpet in basement or second floor the guys removed there shoes. I contacted 3 different moving companies to get a quote for my move from Calgary to Edmonton. Paramount Moving... responded within an hour and provided me with an estimate. Their quote was the best. Not only they were affordable company to use but also highly professional. They managed to pack our 4-bedroom house in a 26' truck. They protected all our furniture with heavy-duty blankets. They used straps to secure our belongings during transportation. Dmytro and Nikita were quick and efficient with loading and unloading the truck. This company is the best moving company in Calgary.
