Used once for personal move and once for business move. I liked the quote process and text appointment confirmation. Paramount was also prompt.... However, for the personal move (really small job) they mentioned they had 4hr minimum charge but that was not clearly communicated before booking for my elderly mom. Also that they charged extra for using a credit card (apologies this part is started on quote see below) It was my moms call and I proceeded but wish I did not. They were great during business move in their interactions with myself. When it came to interactions with my boss she did not appreciate how they interacted with her. We also have no problem if you are asking for a tip. Be honest and straight forward. Or say less and let the machine ask if we would like to add. My boss was so upset we decided to use a different company for the second part of our move. I was surprised at how the movers behaved towards the end of the move. Treat everyone involved with same respect when on site. We were upset but we were nothing but kind. Lesson learned.read more

Communication was... great, they were right on time, and unbelievable fast and careful with all my possessions. The two super strong gentlemen came on time as agreed when I hired them, they moved my super expensive heavy arcade-machine up 15 staircase steps and... into my area where I wanted it to be set. They used their moving blankets to protect the machine. They had the professional tools to lift the heavy machine. No damages anywhere which is exactly what I was hoping for, and I’m extremely happy with their service. I was very happy with the service I received from Paramount during a local move of a 1 bedroom in Victoria. I packed myself so they only moved. ... They were friendly and courteous and all my belongings arrived in great shape. No damage to anything including walls or floors at either location. They were good at communicating, reminded me day of when they would arrive and were actually a little early. They were also a very good price compared to all the other movers I contacted. I used Paramount for cross country move and they made the process easy and efficient. The movers disassembled and reassembled all furniture for me.... My movers were on time the day of the move, and for my move delivery to my new home. I wasn’t sure what type of shape everything would be in and like most, worried about broken or damaged items BUT as soon as everything was delivered and assembled by the Paramount team I’m happy to report that everything is in perfect condition. Not a single wine glass was broken! The Paramount team carefully unpacked and built our furniture and I was relieved to see everything was stored and transported perfectly! Moving is so stressful to me but Paramount was incredible at making sure it was as quick and painless as possible! I have a dog, cat and toddler so... there were a lot of moving parts.
