• Assist in preparing and packing customers’ items to prevent damage during transit.
• Proficient with tools and capable of assembling and disassembling furniture.
• Lift, load, and unload heavy boxes and items like furniture, pianos, and pool tables.
• Skillfully arrange items in the truck to maximize capacity and efficiency, a highly valued ability.
• Answer customers’ questions and address their requests throughout the entire moving process.
• A positive attitude and caring personality are key attributes for becoming a top-performing mover at Paramount Moving.

Experience:

• Moving: 1 year (Preferred), but training will be provided for the right fit.
• Salary: $22-$25 per hour

A Driver position requires a strong, focused, responsible, and punctual individual.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Drive the truck for local and long-distance jobs.
• Qualified and comfortable operating heavy and large trucks of various sizes.
• Possess a valid Class 5 Full driver’s license and demonstrate adequate driving experience.
• Previous truck/large vehicle driving experience is an asset.
• Act as the team leader on the job, ensuring professional, courteous, and efficient team performance.
• Responsible for assisting movers with heavy lifting and actively participating throughout the moving process.

Experience:

• Moving: 2 years (Preferred), with training available for the right fit.
• Salary: $25-$30 per hour

As a Crew Manager, you must have moving experience and earned respect within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the moving team at your unit, providing guidance and support.
• Offer advice and assistance to moving professionals, leveraging your extensive experience.
• Communicate and support the team during jobs, ensuring success.
• Assess staff suitability, assign tasks, and manage schedules and availability.
• Collect paperwork, contracts, and maintain accurate records while overseeing payment processing.
